1. Who you are contracting with

Trips listed on joinertrips.com are operated by Joiner Trips [registered entity name, registration number and registered address: TO BE CONFIRMED]. Payment is collected through our partner storefront, letsgoforacamp.com.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when payment has been received in full. Seats are sold per departure date; the date is the product. Availability shown on the site is checked live at the point of checkout, and a booking may be declined if seats sell out while you are paying — in that case you are refunded in full.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted per person in Indian Rupees and are computed on our servers at the moment you check out. Different rates may apply to Indian nationals, foreign nationals, adults and children, reflecting differing entry fees at the sites visited. Prices include what is listed under “included” on the trip page and exclude everything listed under “not included”.

4. Your responsibilities

Arrive at your chosen pickup point at the confirmed time.
Carry valid photo identification. Foreign nationals may be asked for a passport at certain sites.
Tell us before booking about any medical condition, mobility limitation or dietary requirement that affects the day.
Follow the trip lead’s instructions on safety, timings and protected areas.

5. Changes we may have to make

Routes and timings may change because of weather, road conditions, traffic, or closures ordered by the forest department or local authorities. Where a site cannot be visited we substitute an alternative of comparable value where possible. Departures are not cancelled for low occupancy.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Photography

Photographs taken on a trip may be used in our marketing. Tell the trip lead on the day, or email hello@joinertrips.com, if you would prefer not to appear.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [SEAT / JURISDICTION TO BE CONFIRMED] having exclusive jurisdiction.
