Who is responsible for your data
Joiner Trips [registered entity: TO BE CONFIRMED] is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this site. Contact: hello@joinertrips.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, phone number or email, and the message you send us.
- Bookings: traveller name, contact details, pickup choice, party composition and the date booked. Payment is taken on our partner storefront — we never see or store card details.

Why we use it
- To confirm and run your trip, and to reach you on the day.
- To answer your questions on WhatsApp, phone or email.
- To meet legal, accounting and site-entry record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have only enquired unless they asked us to.
Who we share it with
- letsgoforacamp.com, which processes the booking and payment.

- The trip lead and vehicle operator running your departure.
- Authorities at protected sites, where identification is required by law.
How long we keep it
Booking records are retained for as long as required for tax and audit purposes [retention period TO BE CONFIRMED]. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted on request and otherwise pruned periodically.
Your rights
